1.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind
World Of Triumph will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. World Of Triumph will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid/duties & taxes.
1.2 Warranty Returns World Of Triumph will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect World Of Triumph to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of: (a) refund to your payment method (b) a refund in store credit (c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
You must inform us by telephoning 01379 851093 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and stating your intention to cancel/return your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
You will then be required to return such goods, complete with packaging and in an unused and re-saleable condition at your own cost (Unless in the unlikely event that you receive incorrect, faulty or damaged goods) to:

Alternatively, upon your request we can arrange for the collection of the goods, complete with packaging and in an unused and re-saleable condition, from the address specified and shall deduct the cost of this from the cost of your refund. The customer is responsible for the condition and safekeeping of all goods until collected by us, or, if the customer returns the item to us by their own chosen means, until it reaches us. A refund will be issued within 14 days of cancellation.
This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification; or vehicles registered in your name; or items of safety equipment such as helmets.
Clothing and Accessory items purchased between 1st December 2021 and 21st December 2021, can be returned until 31st January 2022. Any purchases made after the 21st December 2021, the standard return policy of 14 days from receipt applies.
