Every effort is made by us to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, and that’s why for UK deliveries we have teamed up with Initial City Link and Parcelforce.
For European and Worldwide shipment, orders are sent by UPS or Parcelforce Worldwide

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically be emailed a consignment number and the method of transportation. With this information you will be able to track and trace the progress.

Although we strive to provide accurate information on shipping the delivery period stated either on worldoftriumph.com or advised by email or verbally should be seen as a guide only and can not be viewed as the essence of any contract entered into with worldoftriumph.com

We shall endeavour to notify you as soon as possible of any anticipated delay in the delivery of your product and your order may of course be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch should the wait prove unsatisfactory. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.

Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. World of Triumph shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by our carriers.
